Oat & Seed Granola Bars

This is one of those treats that your family will devour and always want more of but you can feel good about them eating because it’s all wholesome, real food ingredients. These granola bars are sweet, full of different textures, a little chewy, with a little crunch. You can switch things up by adding chocolate chips, switching up which seeds you use, or even adding nuts if everyone can have them. I like to give this to my kids as a morning or afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter, unsweetened (or any nut or seed butter)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

HOW-TO:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together until well combined.

  • In a roughly 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, add the granola bar mixture and make sure the mixture is evenly distributed and flat.

  • Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
